Why does my Hotel Lobby AI video have no sound?

Silence can be an expected model output. Start by checking the file you downloaded, rather than assuming the generation failed.

Check the player first

Turn on the player’s sound and check device volume. Some web previews start muted. Download the clip and try another player. If the downloaded file plays audio, the preview’s mute setting was the issue.

Check what you requested

Look at the selected model and settings. Some workflows produce silent animation for later editing. Others generate sound but do not include the original song. An orange booth, microphone or rap prompt alone does not confirm an audio track.

Check the export

If sound exists in your editor but disappears from the final file, check the audio track’s mute state and export selection. Reopen the export in a separate player before posting it. Keep the source video so you can retry the edit without spending generation credits.

Add a soundtrack deliberately

Use the local audio desk to prepare a short clip from permitted audio, then follow the editing workflow. It exports a WAV, not a combined MP4. Inspect the beginning, ending and volume of the assembled video.

If rendering itself failed

A failed task and a successful silent clip are different states. Check the generator’s task history and credit handling. Give support a task identifier and the observed error; you do not need to send a password or payment secret.
