LOCAL TOOL CASE / OCTOBER 5, 2026
8 seconds in.
5 seconds out.
A real trimming walkthrough with source and exported audio. We made a simple original beat for this example; it is not the Hotel Lobby recording, an artist voice or a completed music video.
01 · Listen to the source
The source is an 8.00-second mono WAV, 24 kHz, 16-bit PCM. It contains a repeating synthetic pulse and tones. The files below are public demonstration audio.
Download the 8-second source WAV
02 · Select one useful interval
In the local audio clip tool, load the source file, enter 1.5 as the start time and choose 5 seconds. Preview plays the interval from 1.50 to 6.50 seconds. Files are decoded in the browser; this audio step does not upload them.
03 · Download the actual export
We loaded this source and used Preview and Download WAV in the browser tool. The resulting file below is that actual export: 5.00 seconds, mono, 48 kHz, 16-bit PCM. Browser decoding resampled this run to 48 kHz; your browser's output rate can differ.

04 · Use the segment in an editor
Generate and download your own visual performance first. Place the WAV under that MP4 in a video editor, keep or mute the video’s existing sound, and align a beat with a cut or gesture. Export the combined video and reopen it to check sound and timing.
This case verifies audio selection and WAV export. It does not show an assembled MP4, reproduce the source routine or establish precise lip sync. No paid video generation was needed for this example.
Try your own soundtrack
Start with audio you have permission to edit and publish. The tool accepts MP3 or WAV up to 20 MB and under 10 minutes, with 5- or 15-second selections. A selection too close to the end moves back to fit; a source shorter than the selection is used in full.
Next: follow the video editing workflow, or create your visual performance.
